There are many food and spices present in our kitchen which can boost our immune system but there are some food items too which makes it weak.

People need to understand and realized not to include these food items in the regular diet. Lets us understand what food items are they:



1. Ice cream: Everyone loves to have ice creams. No matter what age group you are ice creams are the weakness of everyone. But do you know this sweet delight is loaded with full-fat cream and milk, which eventually makes it high in saturated fats? Apart from this it also increases inflammation.



2. Chips: Wafers are most loves binge-watching food. But excess intake of chips will make you fat. It is loaded with salt and fats as this processed pack of goodness weaken your immune system in the long run and cause problems like high blood pressure and cholesterol.

5. Coffee: The most loved beverage has caffeine in huge quantity and too much consumption of it leads to indigestion, bloating and an upset stomach. Coffee can also make you feel dehydrated.
